Better than KD2? For real. KD2 was a masterpiece to me

On first listen it's a definite no for me but nikkas saying it a lot in this thread so gonna give it a few more spins

KDII is a great album and has stone cold classic songs to me...Rare, Store Run, Pressure, Death Row East, Nobody, My Bible, Count Me In, Nas Is Good, etc., etc. But you can make the argument that Magic is more raw and has absolutely no filler.

I know its real early but...top 5 Nas albums?

Nah Nas was WIDLIN on this album

I love his energy and flow on this album. He sounds super inspired. More than he did on KD 2 which I liked, but didn't love.

And the beats on here are much more for my palate than the KD series.

4 bars into the first song I was already @ how much better he sounded than KD 1 & 2. I fukked with those too but he was in a different bag here
