Wonder why they doing the video up in Yonkers and not in the QB projects. Get all the old heads to come out for the video.....Havoc, Mega, Noreaga, Marley Marl, Tragedy, etc. That would be dope.

:ahh: always rips piano-based beats:whew:

Cot damn, the way Nas flows over those lush piano and violin type beats. Talkin bout the bullet that killed Brandon Lee and the 88' World series w/ Kirk Gibson.
Nas just on another level man.
Way over these basic nikkas heads.

Nas making that grown man rap for us 35+ dudes.

I'm excited for whatever Nas drops this year, be it KD3 or whatever else. To me KD2 had a lot of aggressive tracks on it, mixed with various other things that make Nas who he is (introspective tracks, reminiscing tracks, slick talk, fly shyt, etc). Given that each product sounds better than the last, production and rap wise, who cares what the next one is called lol. Might as well call it evolution because it's gonna be whatever the next level for Nas and Hit Boy is. They aren't making lateral moves.

Yea kd3 is going to be epic. I think if Nas can pull off a couple of big features on this album it will elevate it even more. Nas and Hit Boy have found the blueprint for them.

I really don’t get this narrative that KD2 wasn’t a “Hard” Nas album when The Pressure, EPMD 2, Rare, YKTV, and 40
Side are amongst the first SIX SONGS on the project.

Hell four of the songs listed would have sounded right at home on Magic. Especially Rare.
Kd2 is a perfect well rounded album. It has every type song on there.

Speaking of nas has had a younger artist on each of his albums. I wonder who he will aim for this time?

i disagree and not in a bad way. Those songs you mentioned is a different type of style nas shined on. Magic he just wanted to spit. No extra style to it.
