Thought they'd only accept crypto but nah, you can pay in usd via credit card

You'll still need a crypto wallet after that and some quick crypto knowledge just to make sure you do receive the NFT/DLA etc..

A lot of these guys are in shambles because all of their narratives that they've run with regarding Nas over the last decade have been put to rest, so they are kind of stuck and baffled on how to talk about him. He's rich, he's outrapping his peers from the 90s and the current generations top rappers, he's rapping on great production, he's put out 3 quality projects in 16 months, and he's doing it effortlessly while juggling other projects. That doesn't compute when they figured they had the Nas story told and finished in their heads back in 2011. It used to be easy to grab one of the pre-made narratives from the "Nas lost" period to poke fun at, criticize, and backhand compliment, using "But I love Illmatic" as a shield against any accusations of hating. But getting off those takes in 2022 just makes you look silly, and they haven't yet found a new narrative to frame what he's doing into a more negative light.

It's funny in a way, watching it in real time. But it also just reveals that a lot of these cats don't like Nas. And if the comment sections was agreeing with his take, guaranteed he wouldn't have put out a follow up tweet to talk about the album being dope.
Facts! Also fans and other media outlets like hip hop content Youtube creators are calling these mainstream hip hop media personalities out on their bullshyt when it comes to Nas.

Yup and I love it. Because we have all been seeing this play out over the years in the media when it comes to nas. He deserves nothing but respect for what he has and continues to do for hip hop.

Insecure for being the ugly nikka. Petty and wild but that's a fact. Men are big haters than woman. Dudes said hater stuff about me to females at work and I don't even know the ladies cause I'm married and work remotely 3/4 days a week. Now imagine the hate Nas gets. These ugly nikkas wild out here

Lost Tapes 2 were not a collection of “throw Aways”. Many of those songs (Beautiful Life, Lost Freestyle, Royalty) were VERY close to making the respective albums they were recorded for (Life Is Good) and some were actually recorded specifically for LT2 (The Art Of It and It Never Ends) now regardless on if you actually LIKE the songs or not, Lost Tapes 2 is no more a collection of throw Aways than the first Lost Tapes is.

Also link the interview where Nas shytted on Lost Tapes 2. I’ve NEVER seen nor heard Nas shytting on his own albums, even Nasir he’s said publicly he has no regrets about.

Wasn't this song made in 2009/2010? Was this around the time Nas tried to get LT2 going again and he sent that email to Def Jam about how much they were disrespecting him?

And I can't believe anyone would listen to the album and think songs like "The Art of It," "Tanasia," and "Adult Film" are C-plus shyt. "Highly Favored" sounds like RZA made it for Cuban Linx. "No Bad Energy," "Lost Freestyle," and "Beautiful Life" were bargain basement throwaways? :gucci:

Nas got the longevity, cultural relevance, lyrical respect, awards, acclaim, diverse catalog, and financial fruits without listening to any of the stuff the "Nas enthusiasts" told him he needed to do to be successful. I think that's one of the things that burns the souls of some of these cats. They kept on for years about Nas being a failure or not as succesful as he could be because of x, y, z. But he's proving in real time that they were wrong. Nas achieved GOAT level status while ignoring their dusty ass advice that wanted to keep him in their preferred box forever.

In short, he did it his way.

I was watching the Rah Digga Lord Jamar podcast and she got so mad at them nikkas she left out for a second. Lol. Cause Lord Jamar said he ain’t listen to the Nas shyt and was tryna be funny and joke and she got TIGHT. Then they started talkin bout who the Goat and Jamar said Jay Z is the objective GOAT and no one else can be in the conversation. Rah Digga agreed but said her personal Goat is Nas.

It's very simple most of these people like Jayz and never wanna give Nas credit for anything. And for 30 years just like Jayz did with Takeover all they have to do is say it's not Illmatic Nas

Media has been doing this to Nas before Jay took off. They were downplaying Nas for IWW not sounding like Illmatic 2. I Am got even more flack. Then there's Nastradamus. They fronted on Nas for Stillmatic also.
