I missed that:ohhh: where? Dont tell me, I find it. :jbhmm:
Wu for the children

One girl for the rest of your life, is that realistic?
Some had told me they like when you call 'em all types of bytches
Ran through a few of them, some gangsta, some Christian
Some with a heart full of hate for me, even with a new nikka

You don't brag and proclaim your best everness as much as he did on here without having a couple dikkheads in mind who either been talking crazy or trying to say they're the best, etc... Just his whole approach for this album period feels like he heard what these goofy nigs was saying about KD1 and KD2, as dope as they were...so he went right back to the essence and got dirty and hiphopy and bar heavy just to remind them not to get it fukked up.
This is accurate

I think it was moreso aimed at fans and rap in general. So much GOAT talk these days revolves around Jay, Wayne, Kanye, Drake, Cole, Kdot, Future etc that he had to say hold on I’m still Nas.

It feels like a warning shot too. A wildly amazing, damn near perfect warning shot. KD3 in 2022 plus he’s allegedly on Em’s upcoming album and will be on Dre’s next album. And I think he’s going to be doing a lot of festivals in the summer/fall. Dunno if you guys have seen it on IG but there’s a lot of kiss the ring shyt going on, industry wise, with his manager. Kendrick is going to run next year, and managers tend to get all their artists booked when they have a big artist in the cards. I’d expect Kendrick, Nas, and Future to be on the same festival lineup at least once or twice next year.
Dont be surprised if him and Kendrick work together also

KD1: The Cure
KD2: Nas is Good
KD3: Meet Joe Black

KD2 was the only close one with Count Me In and Store Run closely behind.

I don't see the problem with him fukking with them nikkas. You're being rather elitist.
Nas is an elite rapper.

Honestly, the last "bad" song Nas put out was "Royalty," which was an unreleased track from nine years ago. From King's Disease to now, he's been putting out consistently great work. :wow:

The only complaint I've had in the last year and a half is the Eminem feature from "EPMD 2."

This album so cohesive even if you throw it on random the transitions are smooth. Def reminds me of the lost tapes in that aspect. I really like the intro on “ugly” felt like it could e been its own beat. Nas run in 2021 really should lit a fire under other vet emcees like Em and Jay to put out some high quality projects.

So? All the songs he did with those guys sound good. I didn't hear one wack feature.
