KD3 is the best and most refined out of all the Nas/Hit albums

Everybody knows and can tell Nas stopped freestyling on kd3 and put pen to paper throughout the whole album.

You can tell he was writing more from Magic onwards

Biggest difference I noticed on Magic was Nas' confidence was high. He was aggressive, talkin' shyt and swaggin'.

On Magic Nas was just letting his nuts hang. Even on that album you can tell he was coasting on quite a few tracks, and then going ham on every other song

Like he clearly sat down and put pen to pad on “The Truth”. He was flexin OD on that

Songs like “Wu For the Children” he’s just vibing, on 40-16 Building he even clearly states every recording is off the top lol

He’s just such a master lyricist that it’s hard for people to tell. But most of us on this site that been listening to this nikka most of our lives can pretty much differentiate it
