In case y'all wonderin - this dope piano sample at the end of queens story comes from a tune of a Polish composer Frederick Chopin who lived in eighteenth century. It's called Revolutionary Étude and he wrote it when he got the message of a failed uprising in Poland against the Russians. Just representin. :king:

The 1st couple songs didn't move me at all. I happen to be one of the bigger fans of "Untitled" and "Distant Relatives" so I did not mind the direction he was headed. As soon as I heard "The Don" and "Nasty", I knew what he was doing. Trying to appease all those "we want the old nas, esco, etc" nikkas.
Honestly, I ain't trying to hear that Back To The 90s sh*t folk. You can leave that back where his kango and kufi be at.

That being said, sh*t started picking up round the end of Queen's Story, then it was like every track after that was damn near fire. I fux with that "Reach Out" with Mary J. That almost sound like the more truer summer record than "Summer on Smash". And the latter isn't even that bad. I didn't even mind Miguel's prince rendition at the end (I'm a fan lol).

So far so good though. I'm on "Stay" now (had to skip the don of course) and it sounds like a banger so I think NaS might got one here with LIG.

As a huge fan of both Untitled and Distant Relatives (Untitled is a classic) I can't see how that would effect your view on No Introduction, Nasty, and The Don. Nas has ALWAYS done these types of lyrical joints, at least 1-2 per album (including Untitled which had Queens Get The Money and DR which had As We Enter, Nah Mean) that's what makes him diverse
