We ain’t never seen nothing like this. This is unprecedented. unless Jay somehow pulls out 4 back to back classics in the next few years, the only other dudes capable to do something like this is still 15 years away from being this deep in their careers.
I made a playlist with the best songs from each Nas x Hitboy album (5 songs max from each album) and put them in the most cohesive order.

1. Speechless
2. Death Row East
3. Blue Benz
4. The Truth
5. Thun
6. Store Run
7. 40-16 Building
8. 27 Summers
9. I’m on Fire
10. Recession Proof
11. Ultra Black
12. Count Me In
13. The Definition
14. Wave Gods
15. First Time
16. Nobody
17. Get Light
18. Full Circle
19. Composure
20. Dedicated

Nas x Hitboy really blessed us during this run. If they never drop another album I’m forever grateful. Who would’ve thought we’d get 4 high quality albums from one of the GOATs in the space of 2 years.
The wildest thing is that even though that’s a dope list, there is still so much heat that isn’t in there. Like, you literally left of 4 of my top 5 from KD1, 2 and 3.

That’s how dope this run has been. Usually with albums there are 3-4 tracks everyone agrees is the best tracks and the rest are just extras. But with these albums, everyone has a different top 5 and I really can’t disagree with any of em.

‘we finally look like we staying in the 90s?

He’s at 92 right now.

If Pitchfork and Rolling Stone simply don’t review it (I hope they don’t) he’ll stay in the 90’s.

If Pitchfork does they’re annual “6.8 score” bullshyt he’ll top out and around 85-87

Rolling Stone probably won’t review the album as they haven’t reviewed a Nas album since KD1

This album is perfection. I have literally listened to nothing else :wow:

I only got like that with 4 other albums thought out the year. Kendrick, Beyonce, Weeknd, and JID.

This is a STRONG contender for perfection…:wow:

The fact he did all this with no features :wow:

The fact he did this 3 years in a row :wow:

The way Hit-Boy manages to adapt to Nas’s persona and just found a way to perfect it. :wow:

The only other producers I want Nas to be around is Alchemist, No I.D., and Salaam Remi. With Hit-Boy as executive producer leading the pack…

This album brehs :to:
