magic 2 w/ features and end it for good. Move on to something else…. take a break.. enjoy. We don’t deserve anymore if he does that. i Do think he still got one in the chamber though.
Exactly. I'd expect something from him in 2023 for Hip-hop's 50th birthday as well as his. But a huge project involving top notch artists, in addition to the Hip-hop 50 soundtrack

After a few days of listen (especially in my car on the way to work). This album is smooth, no skips, I play it all the way through like with Illmatic, and The Lost Tapes. Top 5 Nas album in my opinion (lyrics, production, concepts, hooks, etc.), they didn't miss. When the tracklisting dropped and everyone was guessing what our favorite songs would be just off the titles, most you guys were right. :blessed:
The first half and end half of the album are my favorite parts (hard to choose a favorite song, but Thun, Legit, Michael to Quincy, Beef get the volume turned up in the car).
I think it's safe to call it a classic now. Every album was better than the last. There is a song for everybody on this album. 17 songs and when it's done you still want more. :ahh: His albums always seem to come out right when I need to hear something. Could be having the worst week ever, and this hits you. :damn:

Gives me that NAStalgia (that could be another album title) from when I first heard Nas as a kid on IWW. Next Hitboy album should be Magic 2 (call it StillMagic).

Did anyone get the CD from the Mass Appeal store? I was going to wait to get it on Amazon (had had to cancel my KD2 order and buy it again, it got lost somewhere in a Philly post office :dead:).
Do you get the digital version with the CD like Amazon? Or do I have to buy them separately? (I did it for the last one, but might get some more merchandise this time around).

I purposely avoided this thread and lived with the album since it dropped. Album is THAT good. Sonically its fire. Whip test/headphone/monitor test passed with flying colors. Hit-boy is THAT dude. The mix is flawless IMO.

I really don't need to break anything down about nas....but this dude is the GOAT and sounding better than ever....breh a freak(PAUSE). This will probably be revered as the best KD of the series..I wouldn't be mad at anyone who said this is their favorite nas album...

the whole kings disease collaboration I would have never expected to be as good as it came out to be....not sure why but they did it.

I made a playlist with the best songs from each Nas x Hitboy album (5 songs max from each album) and put them in the most cohesive order.

1. Speechless
2. Death Row East
3. Blue Benz
4. The Truth
5. Thun
6. Store Run
7. 40-16 Building
8. 27 Summers
9. I’m on Fire
10. Recession Proof
11. Ultra Black
12. Count Me In
13. The Definition
14. Wave Gods
15. First Time
16. Nobody
17. Get Light
18. Full Circle
19. Composure
20. Dedicated

Nas x Hitboy really blessed us during this run. If they never drop another album I’m forever grateful. Who would’ve thought we’d get 4 high quality albums from one of the GOATs in the space of 2 years.
