Once a Man, Twice a child needed a pac verse from the vault.

Only joints i dont rock with are 30, Serious Interlude and the first half of WTF SMH.

Dude said at least it didn’t put him to sleep like the other KD albums. Dude is a hater straight up. Nas should do the JBP just to make them stand on their comments. See how consistent they are with him in the room. All the sideways shyt. Saying Nas ain’t blacked out since Poison.

nah that beat switch was perfect.
I got to be honest you play half of Jay catalogue for me my reaction would be the same as Ish:mjlol:. He always going to get shade from Jay stans so I expect that from them:mjlol:

fukk Joe talking about Nas blacked out on the third verse of Thun
"When you see me at awards or a popular place
I see chains shinin', I wanna stockin' over my face
Coordinator tried to see me about some popular names
For a second I'm on some shyt like it was back in the days
When dudes would really put that thing up to your rib cage
Or pull a switchblade, do anything, it's the Bridge way
But I goes stu, roll through, just sold out the 02
Piece on my neck in a Hi Tech Polo suit
(Queens in the house)
Drove down Van Wyck
Coliseum & Stan Smiths
Tan blick in the desert, Bricktown where my mans live

Not nikkas I really met through music shyt
It be some real thuns I grew up with
Phone calls from the Feds, long stories told fast
Wishin' they get home in a hurry 'cause we the last
Of a dyin' pack of lions, nightmares of the cast
Thoroughbreds survivin', you know?
(Queens in the house)"

Ish a Hov stan and barely likes any rap today. Hates on Kendrick, hates on Cole, he's consistent.

In terms of the "left earth" thing...I'd say the last time Nas completely left earth was The Truth off Magic, both verses. Outside of that I'd point to the beat switch part of The Cure. Both are examples of my favorite Nas: the elite shyt talk and the poetic, evocative shyt. I think there are less of those moments on these albums due to the freestyling, vs writing. The next one I can think of would be maybe...Back Then from LIG. Or Stay of course.

I'm not sure I've heard a better verse than the Andre one on Life Of The Party in years though, from anyone. Reminds me a lot of Common's verse on Respiration, which is a top 5 verse ever for me.
