You are pulling for straws

He couldn’t give it a perfect score so he just grabbed any ole songs haha. Both songs are fire

He rocked the yellow fannel for the review, which he usually does if he really really likes an album, so hes good :pachaha:

If he rocks the red flannel he thinks its super wack

In my opinion Nas left earth on Legit, Thun, and Michael & Quincy.

Again Budden only said that in order to give Jay-Z SOME points because he’s truly scared to go ahead and call KD3 an all tike classic, because if he did THAT he’s acknowledging Nas is the GOAT

Danger Mouse was one of those wishlist producers I would've loved to see Nas work with circa 2006-2009. I haven't really heard Danger Mouse's recent work. I don't know about an entire album, but I thought him and Nas could come up with something dope.
The album Cheat Codes with Black Thought is very nice. Both killed it. Dropped this summer.

Is there honest discussion going on about the album or is this thread a dikkrider convention?
I can't be the only one that thinks this album is boring and monotonous.
This is probably bottom three Nas album.

The preamble wasn't even necessary, you coulda just said you think it's boring and monotone and bottom 3. Of course some in here will stone you to death, you know how they are...but I think most will just say you're buggin and strongly disagree...and maybe some may even agree somewhat, or agree totally.

Music is subjective, nobody is empirically wrong or right about their opinion on something, lol. I appreciate your opinion (if it's genuine) because it opens up more dialogue, etc... Don't be a troll tho, yall type dudes ruined hip hop imo, but that's a whole other discussion. The moderators should ban all trolls forever

Are there any songs on there that you really enjoy? Which ones do you hate?

Yes I think it's worse that HHID and Nastradamus. Nastradamus had some fire on it and was unfairly hated on. At least I can listen to those two albums and not start nodding off. SD was straight trash too but had a couple of creative joints.
The problem I'm having with KD3 is that Nas is in that zone that Jay was in when all he was doing was rapping about himself and how he should be getting his flowers. Plus the beats sound too much alike.
