Yea I actually figured it would be less going the route of no features. Features definitely add to the streams. I wish hip hop would come out more for Nas because he deserves it.

No doubt, these numbers seem to indicate that features definitely helped his streams a lot. Makes you wonder if word of mouth can help help give the album some decent legs. I think his first week numbers will end up being higher, maybe the mid 30s. It’s an album that deserved to at least do KD2 numbers though.

People pay so much attention to the numbers. But Yet nobody can explain it. not even industry veterans.
We all know Gold/Platinum plaques don't carry the same weight it used to. They on some Oprah shyt. You get a ....You get a ....
I'm guessing nas will finish at 35k. Somewhere in the top 10. I buy Nas albums. No streaming

All I know is she better not be talking about the base. Bottom line( I don't think Nas gives a fukk) if they concerned with sales promote get the Drake stimulus. If you aren't willing to play the game with major label backing the #'s will reflect it is what it is. Sales don't reflect how good this album is didn't with Magic won't with this:manny:

I’m honestly confused as fukk about these numbers. I’m hoping he grab atleast 40k by the end of the week.
apparently, they count radio shyt doesn't make sense. I supported bought from Itunes pre-ordered the vinyl copped some merch getting tickets to MSG. It's not much more we can do as a base honestly but support. He's still #1 on Itunes :manny:

kd3 better than kd1 but I just can't place it above it in my personal rankings just cause of what kd1 meant to me when it dropped

Does this run with Nas put Hit Boy up there with the GOAT producers? Not Pharrell or Dre level I'm talking like Statik Selektah and Mannie Fresh. He's put out alot of heat before 2020 too

I’ve never truly understood how “sales” work nowadays either. Nas has the number 1 album over Taylor Swift, Drake & 21 London, Bruce Sprinsteen, and The Black Panther Soundtrack. Physicals available on his website. Number 2 on Amazon. And yet he’s only projected to 8K in “pure” sales?

Number 4 on Apple Music. Top 5 on Spotify. And that translates to only 28k?

Just weird.
