Man listening to KD2 right after KD1 for the first time....it's closer than I thought it was.

I think Nas is a bit sharper on KD2, but KD1 has better features imo. Love EPMD and Lauryn but AZ and Mega >. Of the new rappers I was most surprised by Durk, all the others didn't really impress me that much on either album (they did good enough tho).

Favorite tracks of each: Till The War is Won / Death Row East.
Least favorite: Definition / Brunch on Sundays..and I think they're both just fine and don't detract at all.

Jay doesn't have 20 Hate Me Nows or If I Ruled the World tracks either.

Hate Me Now >> 99 problems
Nas is Like >>> PSA
NYSOM >>> Empire state of mind
Made You Look >>> Hard Knock Life
I Gave You Power >> Me and my Girlfriend
The Message >> Where I'm from
Stillmatic Intro = Dynasty Intro

That alone counters Jay's best punches.

And you still have One Mic, If I Ruled the World, and Illmatic tracks in the chamber.

Jay doesn't have a 20 to defeat the below. He just doesn't.

1. Made You Look
2. If I ruled the world
3. Ny state of mind
4. Nas is like
5. It ain't hard to tell
6. Street Dreams
7. Hate Me Now
8. The Message
9. The World is Yours
10.Thief's Theme
11.Rare/Got Yourself a Gun/The Don
12.You Owe Me/Oochie Wally
13.I Gave you power
14.One Mic
15.Live at the BBQ
16.You Won't See Me Tonight
17.Hot Boyz remix
18.Affirnative Action/It's Mine
19.Verbal Intercourse
20.Take it in Blood
