There are some piano keys sprinkled just right on Composure ......when you pay attention to Hitboy's production you will discovers dope layers to his beats :blessed:makes you appreciate the track even more

Facts. Hit-Boy reminds me of Organized Noize. Soulful and no signature sound really. Also like ONP, you hear different sounds that you didn’t hear before. The type of production where you catch something new every time. Well done young man.

I've let it sit for a couple weeks - this album is 5 mics to me.

KD1 was a solid 4.25 to me with the weaknesses being some songs too short, and replace me being subpar.

This has everything you could want from a classic album -production/lyrics/conceptual joints all 5/5.

"Be" was the last album that felt this soulful and had something to say in this way.

Be, ye's fantasy, good kid MAAD city, and now KD2 the last albums I really consider "classics" over the last 10-15 years or so. Can't think of any others

Nas holy trinity is Illmatic, It Was Written, and Stillmatic, but KD2 is up there with those coming in strong at #4 on the list. I know I know to a lot of people The Lost Tapes is either 3 or 4 and rightfully so, same can be said for Life Is Good, but since it wasn't made with the intention of being made it will number 6 on the list for me. KD2 is a 5 mic instant classic. Nasir Jones the Greatest Of All Times.:salute:
That nikka Nas got a couple holy trinities.... I'm waking up and choosing violence tomorrow with a Nas/Kendrick Lamar topic..... nikkas gon be heated:russ:
