Why are people saying this when we've seen multiple pics and videos of Hit and Nas in the studio since the last album came out? People acting like King's Disease came out 6 months ago or something. This album is coming out a year after the last one basically.

Because they’re idiots

That’s not even how Nas operates lol.

Anyone with even a PASSING interest in Nas and his career knows thats not how he operates. Even in 99 Nas rushed to record brand new material for Nastramus rather than just release the bootlegged material meant for the I am double disc.

He might rework certain songs and release them later but that is so few and far in-between its not enough to call it a habit

All these average, overhyped rappers out there drop tapes every 3 months, yet the GOAT can't drop a brand new album a whole year later? Foh

Again, Hitboy already confirmed it's a brand new album. No leftovers.

shyts crazy right. Like Hov didn't drop classic albums every year for multiple summers. Pac didn't drop 2 classics within 10 months and X didn't drop 2 albums the same year.

That’s easy we can compare NASIR to King’s Disease…hit boy wins easily.
:comeon:

I'm a Nas fan but you grown ass Nas groupies got to grow up

And Nasir is not a wack album 15 years from now it's going to be known as his Hear My Dear, Buhloone Mindstate album

Nasir is a great album. I listen to it all the time. Solid four mics.

But objectively King’s Disease is better. Getting the Firm back together (PLUS Dre) pairing Nas with Anderson.Paak, the production on joints like Car 85, Blue Benz, and the title track. Hit Boy brought nothing less than his A Game up and down the whole project

Nasir production went over people head, Ye was on his Sgt Pepper, mad genius shyt and it was fukkin dope, lyrically that was Nas best lyrical album since Stillmatic
