It also makes perfect sense calling an album you are doing with the SAME PRODUCER as your last album a sequel to said album. Hence the “Part 2”.

How are ya’ll so called Nas Fans THIS dense :mindblown:

You're arguing to argue. No ground to stand on.

We're telling you what NAS said

You're telling us what YOU think

Nas didn't qualify his original quote.
He made a point blank statement

I think it was Dre. But the issues with his divorce and health probably shelved the project.

At this point I know Nas gotta be tired of the premier thing. People legitimately act like Nas can’t rap over production thats not Premier. Its absurd. I’d actually be more interested for Nas to push ahead and continue working with modern day producers who can inspire and challenge him. I’d LOVE to see him do something more with Justice League. I’d be excited to see what him and Swizz could cook up since Swizz swears on God he could make a classic Nas album. Nas and Madlib could be MIND DAZZLING.
The whole premier thing is weird especially cos premo has fallen off somewhat in recent years, alot of generic beats being flung out.

What we really need is a whole Nas album produced by Alchemist / Madlib

This would be the pinnacle of hiphop...
