Nas firmly, without question, is the G.O.A.T. Personally he's always been my favorite ever, not even close...but objectively I always had him, Jigga and Pac as interchangeable pretty much...but nah, son is clearly #1. This album is disgusting, no skips (maybe YKTV but that shyt jammin). He stepped his pen up from "KD" no doubt, everything about this is KD on roids.

Him linking with Hitboy was the best thing to ever happen to his music career...all Nas ever needed was a musical director/producer in there with him who handles everything besides the lyrics, musically. Hitboy is incredible.

"Store Run" is the most fire shyt I've heard in years...don't even make no sense how crazy this shyt is.

Eminem is an amazing, phenomenal rhymer, anybody frontin on him cares about shyt other than actual rapping...but all that super rhyming he was doing aint even as a hard as "At the round table, having war council / press one button, it'll change the world around you"...just that bar alone on "Rare" is harder than that whole verse, for real. I appreciate Eminem and what he does tho...but I know the average non-syllable dissecting nerd hears pure gibberish for like 70% of his verses, lol.

I don't know where I put it in Nas's discog, wanna rock with it another week or sumn...but musically this might be #1, :picard:. Give this man his 2nd Grammy now, might as well.

Somebody needs to have a heart to heart with Em. Make him sit there and listen to Eminem Show and 8 Mile. Less is more fool. Dude’s flow was so nice and effortless. shyt, I’d be happy if he went back to relapse.

You can feel what this album did to hip hop. Its like a knockout punch of a old washed fighter that got heart but still hits hard af. The Lox in the Garden was the combinations that left the culture dazed. The old titans carved from the very fabric of the birthplace of this shyt woke up to breath much needed life into a rotting corpse. Haters quiet :ninja1:. Its like a jubilee. Its like the last march of the Ents. Im sorry i cant control the passion
