I actually thought it was going to be waaaay worse which is why I’m not mad it isn’t I’m happy it was just good enough not to ruin the song

But he did pick it up after the beat switch which is why I don’t think it was a total waste

Nah it was bad dont lie

He went 20 years without working with him and he raps about tacos, Christmas, and doritos?

Not the whole way through and not exactly those albums are a bit faster but it's not as slow as kd1, this sounds like his sharpest bars on lig with stillmatic type beats
I know what you mean. But even on LIG the pace is faster.

Nas’ flow is a lot slower now than traditionally.

On tracks like NOBODY, beat switch in Rare he brings out the signature flow.

Like LIG era Nas on this production and we might be talking bout this being illmatic, IWW level

Nah, after they squashed the beef Pac told him to meet him in Vegas. On the track he’s saying he flew out to Vegas to shoot the video and meet up with Pac but he had already been shot. I dont think he was alluding to actually seeing him at the hospital.
I’m taking it like he met Pac in the hospital but he couldn’t talk. If I’m trippin I’m trippin but that’s what I’m getting.

When Nas was listing iconic moments in every mans life, copping a yard, that first benz then he says "First time bugging from something that Nas said"

It took me straight back to the first time hearing STillmatic on casette in my cousins house and it genuienly fit in with those iconic moments in life.

fukking hell man ...... Nas

Yo I had high expectations and this shyt blew them out of the water.

this is beautiful incredible music. Hit Boy laced Nas with that soulful music that’s perfect for Nas and of course Nas talking like the GOAT he is.

The whole shyt on first listen seems almost flawless.

Also why does Eminem always do this shyt. Spit a fire second half of the verse but the first half with the pseudo Wayne punchlines and shyt detract from it. Is it to accentuate what's to come? He has to know his second half of his verses are way way stronger than the opening.

Eminem's verse was fine. Just folks here on that mindless fake problack shyt. Just shyt on anything non-black.

I like the second half of his verse. Overall it's not bad it just...changes the vibe and not in a great way. Lot of lyrical exercise shyt that doesn't go anywhere. I respect Em, he has music I like. Just not lately lol.
