I don’t like the beginning of the album like I said not a fan of the flow on 40 Side…and I ain’t trying to hear no Eminem

KD1 was a play through for me no skips this may have had higher highs tho

Y’all need to chill and maybe run back both albums

There’s nothing mindblowingly lyrical on this and his flow is off at points the production is immaculate though

I'm just going to say this and leave: Eminem legit pissed me off with his verse. It's like he took all of his trademarks right now (fast raps, lame punchlines, the beat switch) and put it all together to create the most generic, computer-generated verse he could.

I was getting chills. Nas and EPMD had me going like . Hearing Erick and Parrish again was like a crazy dream. Then Eminem came in and just killed the energy.

My Bible, just WOW. Just straight real talk life lesson preaching. And that beat, Hit-Boy went Just Blaze "Why You Hate the Game" or Kanye 'can I talk my shyt again' "We Major". It had the same type of vibe as those songs while also sounding like a beat where he heard he was getting one chance at making a vintage Nas track. The drumming in particular in this track just hit DIFFERENT on my Sennheiser HD58xs. On an album that already had a bunch of standouts... for me this one stood out.

About to run through in order like a real album should be listened to but I had to play death row east first. Beautiful track. And is this common knowledge I never knew Nas saw Pac in the hospital??

Nah, after they squashed the beef Pac told him to meet him in Vegas. On the track he’s saying he flew out to Vegas to shoot the video and meet up with Pac but he had already been shot. I dont think he was alluding to actually seeing him at the hospital.
