Finished my first listen and this is easily better than KD1. I wanted harder beats and that's what we got. No surprise Nas sounds better and more aggressive.
Once Store Run hit the album went to another level. Everything after was just great.
Only thing I didn't like was EPMD 2. Besides just being a remix it didn't feel like it was put together well. Don't like 3/4 of Em's verse and he just doesn't sound good on the beat. It should have been a bonus track. Definitely deleting it so the album flows better.
And finally Nas said they clashed with Death Row in Bryant Park. Snoop and everyone else kept saying Central Park which I knew was wrong. I remember the guy from the Nas message board saying it was Jungle who started the whole thing and Nas confirmed it

so you guys really think Lauryn sat down and wrote a verse that had "nikka" "shyt" "fukk" etc in it? While rapping in the same cadence and flow as Nas, with the short sentences? The same lauryn that writes editorials on Instagram to explain being late?
