I agree with @Ziggiy most of this information I heard before from listening to Anthony on rap radar and the IG live session he did with Khaled, but I don’t recall hearing the part before where Anthony explained how and why Nas and Stoute always reconnect
I also liked that both Paul & Anthony agreed that Nas & Lebron are greater human beings that they are artist & athlete considering they are both considered two of the best in their professions. It’s a true depiction of Nas he has made a lot of his close friends rich without looking for but trust & loyalty in return. He is all about being authentic with your people. That hard to come by especially in this industry. That why Steve continues to gravitate towards Nas bc he is all about the human connection.

He doesn't believe in deluxe albums. They had to force his hand to put Spicy on KD so that's as much as we'll get.

MAYBE if he wins a Grammy :yeshrug:

I think all of his other albums only got the deluxe treatments because of the European/Japanese markets (Silent Murder on IWW, few tracks on Stillmatic/Gods Son and Life is Good).

I think the idea now is that we'll be seeing more Lost Tapes installment, at least that's what he was saying during his promo run for LTII.

Pretty much.

The only reason I believe we got the LIG Deluxe was because the industry was still in that weird “combating piracy” phase where Deluxe albums were the wave. You’d get certain bonus songs if you brought an album at Best Buy or purchased through iTunes, etc.

It’d be cool. If like you said he dropped a song when he wins the Grammy. He dropped a song the night Obama won the Presidency

No doubt. LeBron and Nas are 1 of 1’s in my book. True inspirations on so many levels. Love that line from King’s Disease, “nothing feels better than doing deals with my brothers,” it highlights exactly what you are saying about them.
