I actually find it crazy when posters try to shyt on Khaled when it comes to his affiliation with Nas. Khaled is corny absolutely but out of 11 albums he’s put Nas on FIVE of them and one of them was a song he basically let Nas use as personal promo to hype up his own album. DJ Khaled has ALWAYS said Nas was the best rapper. He’s one of four celebrities i’ve ever heard not play politics when asked whose the best rapper ever and simply just say Nas. (The other three being Nore, Alicia Keys, and J.Cole)

Khaled has always stood solid when it comes to Nas

Common too

I know yall discussed this already but I'm curious as to what the consensus was. What yall think Nas and Hit Boi might be cooking up in the studio?

To me it's a great album that if he added a 2nd verse
to 27 Summers and The Definition it would be a classic. 4.75 on a scale of 5 to me.
To me he has a real dilemma on his hands. Does he ride the hot hand of Hit-Boy and
run it back off a acclaimed album or release the album he already was working on?
That's a tough decision.
Me personally I'm running it back with Hit-Boy.
If the other album was better I'd assume he would of released it first instead of the Hit-Boy joint.

I liked it.....reminded me of "Mo Money, Mo Problems" a little once the golf stuff came in. I guess they picked up where they left off on "NaS Album Done" with bringing Khaled back. Yes it's short but I loved this song from day 1, still do. My favorite scene though wasn't the golf course it was actually just him walking the stairs. All those Platinum Plaques from his albums. As he walked down the "I Am" Intro played in my head. But dope video.

Yea honestly he can go any route. Him and Hit Boy have great chemistry. He seems in a zone and very happy with the way kings disease came out and if he gets this Grammy nom. I can see him dropping another project this year.

They hardly happy for you, keep doing what you do
You can't please everybody, and not everybody is you
Don't try to force a square peg in a round circle, that shyt'll hurt you
Don't try to fit in either, you're better off with neither
Few veteran speakers get medicine when you need it
Especially when we all need knowledge instead of sneakers
Stop hangin' on to childhood trauma, it defeats us
Our challenge is holding ourselves back, I hope you felt that

:wow:

This is why I'm glad Nas hasn't paid attention to his haters over the years. His does his thing and he is still here 27 summers later.

Just got in the house was blasting Replace Me in the whip.. That shyt sounds crazy. Should of been a hit smh
That song is super dope. Nas has about 5 should be hits on the album. Nas fan base overall is weird though. He has a large part of the fan base that only supports his boom bap side, so if it ain't that they wont support completely. 27 summers, replace me, all bad, spicy and car 85 could all be radio/club bangers. Nas fan base is way too divided though Haha

That's true.. The way he effortlessly does different types of songs is almost like a gift and a curse for him because for some reason certain fans can't accept how diverse his pen is. The old Illmatic fans hear a Replace Me and their head explodes lol
