I forgot about that. I never got that CD. :snoop:

My Lost Tapes 2 came MAD late. Lol
Two things Nas can’t do:
  1. Start a fire
  2. Timely process an online order for his album

I may have my barber hook me up with a half moon just to fully restore the feeling. :ahh:

Picking up some Sweet Chick for lunch off the strength of The Cure. :ohlawd:

Wearing some Timbs and shorts today and I don't even own a pair of Timbs anymore brehs, dont even ask me how :mindblown:

Yeah, but did you buy the waffles with raspberry butter? :ohhh:

Yea I'm surprised too. I saw a interview I can't remember who it was with and he said Spicy had to grow on him.. So maybe he's just personally not that crazy about the record. Me personally I think he's tripping lol I got some ignorant ideas for the Spicy video and different remixes for it lol

He wanted "Spicy" on the album so badly, the guys in the studio convinced him to make it a bonus track just to give it a reason for its placement. I'm sure he's going to push that as a single down the line.

Definitely got the chicken & waffles, but I'm not really a fan of the raspberry butter.

That lemon and garlic & herb butters both hittin' tho :banderas:

My Pops Forever RIP
Ok, finally digested this record (spun this record a couple of times before, but wanted to compare it to whatever else dropped so far this year.

Off first listen, I didn't really find anything overtly trash, so that's always good. Now that I've overly heard this, it's consistent. I knew Hit-Boy would be a good fit with Nas. I think Car #85 and King's Disease are on their own tier, but the rest of it is very interchangeable. Only song I really didn't like was Blue Benz and 27 Summers was way too short. Don Toliver was a big disappointment jacking the Ella Mai "Trip" hook. Didn't work for me because it just made me wanna listen to Trip. All Bad is was meh at first but it grew on me. Sounds like .Paak feat. Nas though.

So far, the only 3 rap projects I'd put over this are Gibbs/Alchemist- Alfredo, Logic's No Pressure and Curren$y x Harry Fraud- The OutRunners.

I'd still like to hear Nas do a project with Harry Fraud or someone like that, but I'll say this: If this is what Nas wants to do for the rest of his career (and by that I mean these projects where the production is mostly done by one guy), I'm with it.
