Ok, finally digested this record (spun this record a couple of times before, but wanted to compare it to whatever else dropped so far this year.
Off first listen, I didn't really find anything overtly trash, so that's always good. Now that I've overly heard this, it's consistent. I knew Hit-Boy would be a good fit with Nas. I think Car #85 and King's Disease are on their own tier, but the rest of it is very interchangeable. Only song I really didn't like was Blue Benz and 27 Summers was way too short. Don Toliver was a big disappointment jacking the Ella Mai "Trip" hook. Didn't work for me because it just made me wanna listen to Trip. All Bad is was meh at first but it grew on me. Sounds like .Paak feat. Nas though.
So far, the only 3 rap projects I'd put over this are Gibbs/Alchemist- Alfredo, Logic's No Pressure and Curren$y x Harry Fraud- The OutRunners.
I'd still like to hear Nas do a project with Harry Fraud or someone like that, but I'll say this: If this is what Nas wants to do for the rest of his career (and by that I mean these projects where the production is mostly done by one guy), I'm with it.
