My pops worked with Shyheim and Nas on 'In Too Deep' and said Shyheim was extremely professional, didn't have the same to say for Nasir, said he was almost as diva as Nia Long. Had nothing but props for LL, Omar and Sticky.

Nas might be a diva,but he didn't run anybody down and leave the scene:martin:

"In January 2014, Shyheim turned himself into authorities facing charges for leaving the scene of an accident during a hit-and-run accident that left one person dead. On August 21, 2014, Shyheim was sentenced to 14 years in prison after he pled guilty to second degree manslaughter."

Maybe Nas knew what Shyheim was really like off the set,and didn't want to bring that to the set. Im sure you have people in your family you wouldn't hire to be apart of your business.
