Kishimoto never uses meaningless panels. To me, there was clearly something behind her saying that and that was the first thing to pop into my mind after seeing what Kakashi did in this chapter.

I always figured that Obito would be mad because Kakashi was penetrating Rin but I didn't think it would go down like this. I can imagine Sauske doing the same thing to Sakura when him and Naruto finally fight.
