Holy sh!t it's like people don't want Tobi to be Obito when there's a ridiculous amount of evidence mounting up in his favor.

The thing is that it was too fukkin obvious that it would be him. I'm pretty sure that so many people were saying that it was him when he was first shown talmbout "oh you think you slick kishi? tryna pretend that this guy is a new character? fukkoutaherewithdat" and he had to bust back with some shyt like "OBITO IS DEAD. HIS STORY IS OVER. THIS GUY IS NOT OBITO! "

Yet here we are, this guy is either a brainwashed Obito who was found and resurrected by the real madara(its possible that he ordered zetsu to dig up his body cause we know zetsu can do that shyt. We also know the real Madara was alive long enough to have met Nagato) or he's just a clone that knows about Kakashi's story and probably stole obito's eye and learned about Obito's story from Rin while she was alive or through other means. And he's just sayin this shyt to try to lower Kakashi's morale.

I'm holding out hope that its the latter, otherwise Kishi is a sucka for this

Nah. I'm pretty sure he's Obito at this point. I'm a fan of the series, but don't overestimate Kishi - he tends to go with the obvious.


Remember the mystery of who Pain was? Everybody and their momma figured out that it was probably Nagato controlling the bodies. Some people thought it was so obvious it was a red herring. What happened? It was Nagato controlling the bodies.

Remember when we didn't know who Naruto's parents were? Everybody and their momma figured that the 4th hokage was Naruto's father. Some people thought it was so obvious it was a red herring and his father would be someone else. What happened? Naruto's father was the 4th hokage.


At this point I've accepted that it's Obito. The real mystery is how he survived, how he knows Madara, and why he turned evil. I just hope he has a better reason for wanting to destroy the world than being salty because his teenage crush died.

I miss sage mode. As cool as the nine tails mode is, the form just reminds me of a super sayain. Sage mode is just too unique of a jutsu to just get thrown in the bushes.

I don't see too many options either. Izuna? No one gives a fukk about Izuna. We're talking about a character who's identity has been a mystery for like 300 chapters. All of a sudden its some dude that had a few panels in one chapter? It'd be pretty lame.

If we're just going for shock factor it may as well be Danzou/2nd Hokage/Future Sasuke. None of it would make a lick of fukking sense but hey, it's Kishimoto. Obito's just about the only one that can make some kind of sense and still have a connection to one of the main characters.


Reality is...Tobi should have been revealed hundreds of chapters ago. Dragging this out for so long only makes this reveal of whoever it is underwhelming and not come close to matching the hype.

Tobi had two sharigans when he fought Konan. He used Izanagi once.

After the battle he replaced an eye with the Rinnegan.

When Danzo used Izanagi, the eyes closed. Tobi's did not.

The one hole of his mask that is open, is always a sharigan. After he did the Izanagi his mask broke and we saw his other eye.

It was another sharigan. BOTH eyes are sharigan. NONE were closed after the Izanagi.

I watched the episode again his eye closes. He has a more complete form of izanagi that's why it last longer.
