You have a previously fukk up naruto learning advanced forbidden techniques in a day. Mastering attacks and forms that his father and master could not.
You have sasuke and tobi getting eye transplants and gaining huge amounts of power and techniques almost instantly. You have kakashi getting instant power ups on the battlefield.
Heck tobi might not be obito. But to suggests that it couldn't be him based on him not being able to obtain that much power in a year is ridiculous. Especially when all of these characters are getting major power ups in minutes, days and weeks.
One, mizukage is nothing more than a title. Two, the info I just read stated that the reason tobi is called the mizukage is because he took control of the fourth mizukage. So they started calling him the real mizukage

The fourth took on bee and raikage by himself but bee made him withdraw. As for the naruto and sasuke comment. You have one guy that beat the monster with the rinnegan and has had a couple of upgrades since. Major one being the fox relationship. You have another with a million chest codes. Basically two of the two strongest guys in the manga and with all of their abilities, you think minato defeats them with no problem?

I think even OG Madara would have problems. Would be a different battle if you switched out Tsunade with Minato. Not sure if Madara would be given the time to bust out with that many cheat codes.

All we've seen from Minato is a couple seals, a rasengan, the space time jutsu and the death god seal. He hasn't fought anyone that forced him to go past his basic jutsu other than a FULL POWER fox and even then he went straight to death god. We've seen him do 4 techniques total and outclass every human ninja he's faced. Even Oro aka the immortal one didn't step to the dude. He just left and waited.

His name was on the toad seal so he's been to the mountain to train at least. He invented rasengan. You think he just sat down and said, ok I'm done? Nope. I'm sure the man had an arsenal especially considering his wife was a half demon. Even without all of the techniques we haven't seen. He can just teleport a bomb straight into Sasuke's stomach and teleport Naruto's limbs to each corner of the country.

naruto is just as fast and doesn't need kunai placement, naruto gots yellow flash technique
and the 4th is only fast after kunai placement...before that speed isn't a factor, Bee exposed the weakness in his technique

Seriously?? This is pure speed. No kunai placement.
Bee didn't expose a weakness. All he did was shift a sword to create a stalemate. That's not exposing anything. No one realized he did the seal until he was at Bee's neck. Who cares if he needs a seal to transport anyway? All of the kunai are pre made. It's not like he needs prep time like Naruto with Sage mode.
Also, the same cat that Naruto is fighting in fox mode WITH Gai AND Kakashi with neither one of them getting a hit and who also popped up on Sas outta nowhere in the forest and snatched him up like a kid who stayed out past curfew got sonned in 2 moves by the 4th. Two. That's it. He's one of 2 people to actually touch/hurt Tobi and the other person knew of his techniques and pre-planned an ocean of exploding tags.
so you are saying Minato is as fast as when he does a kunai placement? Because we KNOW Naruto is as fast as him w/kunai placement.
The Tobi now is completely different then the tobi then....one big difference being rinnegan, no blind spots...and we don't even know if the tobi then is the same as the tobi now...or if it's a different person or if he obtained upgrades since then...
regardless all things being equal Naruto will beat him....he can do everything his pops can do
