I thought the story was titled Naruto and centered around that character, but maybe I'm mistaken. I didn't care for this particular chapter breh. The way Oro came back was 
, I like him as a character don't get me wrong, but there are other things going on that others may like to see.

That'd be fine if it was just a clone-type with limited memories (he might be) or just had Orochimaru's genetic code or something. But apparently this is Orochimaru with every single memory that he had since he put that thing on Anko, even though he hasn't had contact with her for who knows how long.

That's the point of the cursed seal. He HAS been in contact with her the entire time it's been on since her teen years. The thing started throbbing in the forest of death when Oro was near even with the seal the 3rd put around it. Itachi is the only person that's been able to remove one of those after Oro installed them.
This has been hinted at ever since Itachi was "waiting" for Oro to come out of Sas' seal. I think it's a clone just like the revived kage that split into two separate people plus we never know how much shyt Oro knew anyway and he seems to know about Tobi so knowing about the war ain't much of a stretch.
I like the way Kishi writes. He drops slick ass hints for a while then after he drops a bomb you can trace the hints back through the story.
I also expect sas to do sage training while with Oro after the back to the future mission as it stands with just ems I don't think he stands a chance against Naruto, Madara, or Tobi so he'll probably be giving that upgrade. Or maybe he'll figure out the scroll either way he's getting upgraded real soon

This actually isn't true, even if the Cursed Seal allows that type of influence, as it had completely receded before Orochimaru appeared in the Forest of Death.
Everything else is fine, I guess, but it just screams thrown together to me. Like Kishimoto just said, "Hey, Orochimaru revived himself in Sasuke's body because the bulk of his consciousness was there and his chakra was stronger than Sasuke's at the time, I need to get Orochimaru back in the manga now. I know! I'll just say that a part of his consciousness was in ALL of the Cursed Seals, which would allow Sasuke to revive him!" It all just seems like him taking something that made sense, and stretching it to ridiculous lengths.
