You might be one of the most impatient readers I've ever seen.

You haven't even gotten to the good part yet. There's a really good fight around 548, a huge plot twist in 559, and then a huge reveal in 599. In general I'd say shyt hits the fan in 559.


The latest chapter is 630. So at 100 chapters behind, I'd say you're still pretty far off. Might also be a good time to catch up on One Piece since we're near the start of a new arc.

i kind of have to agree with win..even though i'm up to date...kishi's writing has become really lazy..alot of deus ex machinas..lots of "who can out jutsu who..who can summon the bigger monster" pretty much dbz..and no more "lets use our brains" tofight the bad guys..and all of the dope side characters we've grown to love pre-time skip are pretty much just insignificant yamchas now

I'm kind of shocked that you somehow went this long without being spoiled. When his identity was revealed last year it was literally trending on Twitter for a few days.

All I'm gonna say is that you'll probably be mad when you find out.

It's been a couple years. I can't get over how every villain in this series has some sympathetic tear jerker sob story. It's like Orochimaru is the only real villain that's evil for the sake of being evil and having ambition. Everybody else just needs a damn hug. This whole thing reeks of an after school special teaching about the value of friendship.

I dunno, I liked some of the battles in the ninja war. Kin and Gin brothers was cool because my boy D got a chance to shine and it was a little different. Zabuza and Kakashi was another cool one. I also liked Madara vs the kages. The problem with the ninja war arc imo was that storytelling fell short.

Hell no. He even turned after Naruto spit that Uzamakism to him. The only true villain in this entire story and still the best is the creepy child molesting Orochimaru. His theme music even has that creepy ass organ that makes you uneasy and you just know he has a trick up his sleeve when all this is over

He was just one of those needs a hug villains too. I can't get over how silly this series got. The master plan is make everyone go into a dream world using moon magic to match the ideals of ninjas who are emo by nature and that drives them crazy. Really that's what this whole series was about?

I get the whole bonds theme of Naruto but emo ninjas who's powers awaken when their feelings get hurt wanna use moon magic to create an emo utopia?
