If Sasuke has truly become a good guy, I don't see him being able to get easily accepted back into the leaf. Dude caused a lot of mayhem for Konoha. 1) Was a missing nin & was rolling with Orochimaru, 2) Choji & Neji almost died trying to bring dude back on that mission, 3) He joined Akatsuki, 4) He interrupted the Kage summit & attacked the Kages & 5) Killed Danzo who was still officially Hokage at the time.
We'll still probably get a final Sasuke/Naruto battle with the stipulation that if Naruto wins, Sasuke can stay in the village or if Sasuke wins, he gets to roam around freely, but will still protect the leaf, similar to what Jiraiya did.

Sasuke turning into a good guy is the same thing as when Madara accepted the truce between the Uchiha and the Senju. I just don't see the leaf village accepting him back no matter how much he helps in the war. 
Way I see it, either he dies in the war as a hero or lives past the war to only go back to being a villain
