But, she did inherited a village that was already torn to shreds by Oro and his goons. We already know she is not as powerful all around like her predecessors. Playing the contrarian role for a sec..She did have to deal with a stronger opponent with less man power

Nah, IMO the only Kage that's really been a fukk up was the 3rd.

2nd Hokage was smart enough to have a plan to try and keep the Uchiha's bytch made tendencies in check.

The 4th barely had the job but died saving the entire village.

The third couldn't keep the Uchiha in check, didn't look out for Sauske or Naruto like he was supposed to, allowed Orochimaru to run wild, AND he couldn't even finish Orochimaru off in their final fight. Sarutobi aint shyt, even his grandson didn't respect his old ass.
