seriously tho OP...I used to have beard oil AND beard balm that I ordered from the mod cabin...they only show cacs on their site but it worked for my beard as well...I had a small comb and it used to “hurt” a bit when I’d try to comb out my beard plus I’d be combing out very small bits of hair since my shyt was super curly...the oil and balm won’t straighten your hair but it will soften it to the point that you can smoothly comb your beard w/ little to no “resistance”

if you decide to order from them go w/ the no scent version of w/e you get...I don’t like any of the scents they had...they smelled unpleasant imo

I had this problem when when I first started growing mine out. You pretty much have to treat it like you woukd la head full of hair. Keep it moisturized and clean. Find a good beard oil for it. I use Jamaican black castor oil for mine tho.
