Jade eventually gives Bianca the beating of her life and says that Bianca turned on her the minute she chose Naomi to replace her. She was willing to put everything aside and be partners again, but Bianca acted selfishly. If they can't be friends anymore, the only thing left is for them to be enemies.

Jade threatens to take everything away from Bianca if she doesn't accept her challenge at MITB/SummerSlam for the title. Bianca accepts. They run that feud through the summer.

If you want to turn Bianca heel, make her do it at Mania to win the title. Right now, just let Jade and Naomi beef with each other while she focus on the championship w/o taking sides. During Mania, have Naomi help her win and side with her. This would work because Bianca would get heat w/o making Rhea and Iyo look weak in the process.

In general, Jade needs to show that she can carry a match by herself for a bit before getting into a feud with Bianca. That why it made more sense to have her go against Naomi now because it would be a good test for her to see if she can pull her over with the audience.
