At this point I don't have a clue what's being proposed. OPs link says $5 million payout which is $250 BILLION for a city with a $14 billion budget. But then the article someone posted is talking about a yearly payout for 250 years and all kinds of other benefits.

I’d imagine they’re leveraging future taxes/revenue the city makes to offset immediate costs.

That would be the only realistic way of doing this but it requires months if not years of research and approvals from other state departments. During that time, this legislation would be vunerable to lawsuits from everyone from future-whitepeople Blacks to Latinos/Asian/angry whites. Depending on who's office, the Federal government may even sue the state for discrimination.

I've this shyt happen with fertilizer legislation in Barnegat Bay NJ. Lobbies come out the woodwork to stall and scrutinize every aspect of legislation to the point where the other side abandons their plan or bends to the opposition.

We can't even get states to agree to teach Black history but I'm expected to believe a state is going to willingly give billions to Black people?

Firstly I never said Africa definitively. But yes,I do plan on fleeing the country. Why? Because I actually believe white supremacy is as bad as I say it is.
