Ehh Everybody Got A Argument That's Gonna Fit They're Own Agenda

Dudes Was All Pissed When They Statrted Slapping That Explicit Content Stickers On CDs Back In The Day, Now You're Basically Agreeing With What Tipper Gore Was Trying To Say

Your Music Growing Up Can Be Blamed For All Kinds Of shyt If A Person Wanted To Flip The Statistics And 90's Rap Music On You

Disagree the 90s was harsh as the crack was still fresh and inner cities were in shambles. Biggie Smalls Tupac NWA PE all talked about shyt they have seen or experienced with their own eyes.. that's life I knew what gun shots sound like I see nikkas get shot daily I seen kingpins that Biggie looked up too. I seen that shyt everyday and it didn't enforce a lifestyle on nobody.

This generation all they talk about is getting high or being a hustler or killer when that shyt ain't happening to them or in society anymore. It's all fake and like he said in that freestyle what trap nikka being blessed out in these streets????

Being a drugging got you ate alive in these streets breh. Remember back in the day at the fly nikkas who got a Mickey in their drink and they zoned the fukk out in these streets??? That's what these rappers wanna be like straight clowns

in 2017, it isnt. It stopped being a "reflection of reality" a loooooong time ago. Hiphop today is now a fantasy to most.. A fantasy lifestyle being mass produced to young, impressionable black minds. A fantasy lifestyle telling young black males specifically that the keys to success are through criminal/destructive behaviour instead of intelligence and education.

Also you saying that hiphop is a"reflection of reality" suggests that the vast majority of black people are irresponsoible, violent, hypersexual, extremely materialistic and overall inferior. Mainstream hiphop does NOT reflect the average black person. Im black and i relate to hardly none of it. The balance is gone. Todays most visible hiphop perpetuates the most negative stereotypes of black people to a worldwide audience.

There's a hood culture. Spend some time in the hood. This is how people view life. It's not saying all black people live this way. It's saying that these people exists. It's like somebody getting mad about a kid rapping about selling drugs. Well, he sells drugs, what do you want him to rap about? He seen his moms become a dope fiend, grew up in public housing, had to fight to get respect in his neighborhood, had to get money by any means necessary. What do you want him to rap about? Just because you don't relate doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

bro, i still have no earthly idea what you're even talking about and now you're getting angry and namecalling and your username is "oldhead". You're better than this breh :snoop:

Like, im reading your posts but they're making zero sense to me. . You say ive called you an agent but ive never even quoted you before. Ive NEVER called you an agent. Why would i call you an agent when you're in here agreeing that hiphop CAN have a negative affect on impressionable minds:why:

I dont bother you PERIOD, you always quote me and i rarely respond because i never understand your posts just like i dont understand your post right now:pachaha:

Just do me a favor and stop quoting me breh cuz you're really not doing a good job in expressing yourself.
No problem. Weak minds hate being challenged.

Apparently no one can help what they listening to or take responsibility for their choices because they are helpless sheep. Keep pushing this tired narrative friend. We all determine what we find palpable in our music intake. People know what they like and don't like hearing.

Be honest with yourselves.

The community tolerates it..

So although the dude made a lot of good points that I agree with I don't think we can "blame" rappers for anything.. We tolerate it.

If future was promoting and glorifying sex with 9 year olds would we tolerate it?

If future was promoting a bisexual lifestyle would we tolerate it?

Future promotes alcohol and pill addiction... We tolerate it. Our kids and community listen to it and are influenced by it..

Not his fault :francis:

Has there been a shyt load of mental warfare inflicted on Black People since they got to America? Yes Does rap have plenty of troubling elements? Yes. Is blaming a child's shortcomings on some goofballs in Versace glasses on TV an admission of poor parenting? Yes Baby Mama lifestyle does have its drawbacks

Why can't people get though their thick skulls that children are sponges and absorb everything.

Saying kids are not impressionable is false.

We all are influenced by music.

Future has to take responsibility period, but since he has the mentality of a 8 year old that will never happen.

B b bu but Future real with his message :mjcry:

Nore had a line on War Report that let me know he was really out there. He said, "And yo I don't even drink like that...I sell crack".

You had to be on point when you were really out here hustling or get caught slippin, robbed and killed.

How you in the Trap sloppy?

only weak minded people are influenced by negative messages in music. with that kinda logic, violence we see on tv and movies should also have a negative impact on the youth.
I don't recall seeing a actor on tv trying to convince us that his last role is his life and that's how he grew up yada yada yada.
