There's a hood culture. Spend some time in the hood. This is how people view life. It's not saying all black people live this way. It's saying that these people exists. It's like somebody getting mad about a kid rapping about selling drugs. Well, he sells drugs, what do you want him to rap about? He seen his moms become a dope fiend, grew up in public housing, had to fight to get respect in his neighborhood, had to get money by any means necessary. What do you want him to rap about? Just because you don't relate doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
I'm well aware it exists breh. I was in it growing up but the balance is gone now. Hip hop is now GLORIFYING criminal/destructive behavior as "cool" now.

Kids see these rappers standing next to big booty females and million dollar cars rapping about murder and selling dope and they link those visuals with "success".

Young black kids especially from the environments you just described are constantly being told the keys to success are through criminal activity. They aren't being told anything different. People from those environments for the most part don't have stable homes and positive role models. Other street dudes and rappers are their main teachers in life. And these rappers are GLORIFYING an already destructive mentality as "cool".

Fancy music videos and "hot beats" makes the overall message seem "cool"

This entire song is about committing gun violence against other black people:

Black on black gun violence is a VERY serious issue, especially in Chicago. Tell me why is there a dude dancing in the video like its cool? Videos and songs like this "normalisez" violence against black people.

No problem. Weak minds hate being challenged.

Apparently no one can help what they listening to or take responsibility for their choices because they are helpless sheep. Keep pushing this tired narrative friend. We all determine what we find palpable in our music intake. People know what they like and don't like hearing.

Be honest with yourselves.

You still don't understand my overall message when I bring up HISTORIC FACTS like the use of media propaganda and Minstrel Shows/blackface. :snoop:

The damage is already done breh. What you're talking about isn't even relevant.

The black image/reputation is already at the bottom of the totem pole worldwide. Hip hop has already been one of the worse things to happen to the IMAGE of the black race.

Go and study history. Thsts really all I can suggest to you. My entire stance on this subject came about via studying past history. I highly encourage everybody to do the same. Black salvation PERIOD depends on black people gaining knowledge of the past and becoming knowledgeable of the tactics being used against us. This includes things we dismiss as "just entertainment".

You thinking the intentional manipulation of the black image today is a "conspiracy theory" tells me that you're not ready yet. Open a book brother.

Has there been a shyt load of mental warfare inflicted on Black People since they got to America? Yes Does rap have plenty of troubling elements? Yes. Is blaming a child's shortcomings on some goofballs in Versace glasses on TV an admission of poor parenting? Yes Baby Mama lifestyle does have its drawbacks

Thank you:wow:

These dudes blindly in here on the defense aren't even aware of the psychological warfare tactics inflicted on to blacks throughout history. Study the past and everything today will make sense.

Youre a fukking bum ass follower, just go kill yourself since you're so easily persuaded to do something somebody tells you to do. Go follow my orders.

Ol bum ass nikkas

Well if rappers aren't influencing kids, who are?

And before you say parents...:stopitslime:...how many kids really want to be like their parents?

Most people in the world are followers.
