My problem with all these shows is they start out making the women guests the villains and keep the same energy. They don't ever seem to TALK to the women and pick their brains then move conversation from there.

'Dating influencers' are some of the biggest finesse artists. Everyone can identify with dating struggles and these cats capitalize on it by telling people the same advice but just remixing it so that you can't tell the difference immediately.
The more time you spend in that world the angrier you'll get and you'll end up with trust issues and using women as a means to fill a hole you have in your soul. Its important to take care of your health, its important to get a job you want and a career for you. Its important to learn about your own traumas and figure out how those have influenced how you move and what you value. These dudes want to sleep with as many women as they can as a means of making themselves feel valued. They're still relying on women for validation instead of validating themselves and having that reinforced by a tight social circle of people who care deeply about them.
A man builds a life for himself that he is proud of, and he can be happy with or without women in it. That should always be the goal. Its important to know who you are and what you're about and setting up your boundaries and recognize when someone is trying to step over them.
