The main problem with these "debates" is that the host is also the moderator.

On tariqs platform he'll mute the caller when they start to gain steam while making their point and with Myron he'll control the questions and switch to a new topic whenever his opponent starts to make their point. Also, When you're on fresh and fit they'll have access to their computers/internet which they'll use to bring up any bogus articles to counter your point.
