My white manager just bought me a present

At my job there's supervisors(me), then above us there are the managers, and after them it's Corporate. Managers and Supervisors work virtually side by side(at different desks though).

Well, I get to my desk this morning and see my white manager is walking away from it. She then abruptly stops as if she just remembered something, turns, and says through a grin "i got those for you"- gesturing at what simply looked like pieces of paper sticking out of a folder to me at the time.

I immediately get this face , as her and I do not share that type of 'relationship' where we buy each other gifts and such, but I shrugged it off.

I say my things down and got settled, reached down and flipped open the folder, and lo and behold look wtf I see
