No...I kept my wallet on the same damn exchange I've made trades on for the past 2 years
I've been procrastinating
N. Korea has access to US Power Grid. He advises that i keep cash at home. Not no little amount either he says to keep at least three months of all my bills in straight cash at home.
This is crazy to me because my step pops which is pretty up there in the IT department for Dominion Power. Said they had a big meeting the other day and the meeting was all about how N Korea has access to US Power Grids.

North Korea is hardly the poorest country on the planet brehyou mean someone high up in the military thinks the poorest country on the planet is an actual threat? I wonder if that is why we are always at war
The Federal government has better security than any Utility company yet they still get hacked. Just because you have OT and IT networks segmented doesn't make it impossible to hack just harder. And I've worked in the Energy Industry and for the Federal government before.
And while I think it's almost impossible to bring down the entire grid all at once via cyber attack. I know most Utilities just like any other company dont stand a chance against state sponsored hackers.
And I do think a huge portion of energy utilities in the US probably have hackers inside their networks right now. Along with most companies because I see it everyday working in cybersecurity.

The biggest threat in my opinion are suppliers to these Utilities. Most of this equipment is treated like a black box which nobody can interfere with or touch. Who knows how much of it has been compromised already. I don't believe for a minute these networks are truly segmented from the Corporate network. The people in corporate IT are still providing equipment and support to the OT environment.I feel what you’re saying but we’re not connected at all. Unless someone walked in and installed something to wirelessly put the servers on an outside network, we’re safe from N. Korea. I spent 8 years Army and Noticed that a lot of systems are wireless capable or two clicks from but on a network lol. Sometimes obsolete stuff is safer lol. Our admin stuff, I imagine is definitely vulnerable because it can actually be reached. Our process materials and servers aren’t able to join an outside network. Everything is physically contained with cables. We also don’t work for a private company. We’re a department of a local government.
