Pre-workouts:
Depletion - 20 mg ephedrine + 200mg caffeine
Tension - 2g tyrosine + 200 mg caffeine + 5g creatine
Power - 2g tyrosine + 200 mg caffeine + 5g creatine
No intras.
At this point, I'm thinking my pre's are ok (C4 or Neon Sport Volt) because the goal is essentially energy/appetite depressant, correct?
If I do decide to go that way, where did you cop the EC from?
