Ay Spliff, what sort of pre or intra workout supplements did you use, if any, on the different lift days?

Pre-workouts:
Depletion - 20 mg ephedrine + 200mg caffeine
Tension - 2g tyrosine + 200 mg caffeine + 5g creatine
Power - 2g tyrosine + 200 mg caffeine + 5g creatine

No intras.

Cool. I'm trying to decide if I should/need to pick up some "raw" ingredients like these or if my usual pre's will do the trick.

At this point, I'm thinking my pre's are ok (C4 or Neon Sport Volt) because the goal is essentially energy/appetite depressant, correct?

If I do decide to go that way, where did you cop the EC from?

The last few weeks I've been using a BCAA that suggest it's cocktail "preserves muscle glycogen"...so I'm probably not gonna want to mess with that on depletion days :heh: I'm not entirely sure it does anything anyway, though I've read good things about L-Leucine, which is why I purchased it in the first place.

Anyway, thanks for the info.

Yea. Only reason ephedrine isn't advised before the tension is because it mucks with carb loading.

If I do decide to go that way, where did you cop the EC from?

Bronkaid for E and regular 200mg caffeine tabs.

Hows your recovery going my G

Been recovered for months now. :obama: Upper strength is about 90% of where I was at this time last year. Lower is about 75%. Been focused on cutting and flexibility for awhile tho. If performance was my main concern, I would've been back to old strength early August.
