One thing I've noticed since finishing this diet is low calories have become easy as hell. I'm dieting now and my rest day calories are roughly 1400-1500 with only 50g carbs, yet that will completely satisfy me with the right foods
I've read somewhere that when you've gone through the "keto conversion" once, the lethargic transition is greatly shortened or non-existant with subsequent keto events. I was lethargic as all hell the second day of my current diet, similar to how I was in the beginning of UD2. Day 4 came and I was back to normal.
Thanks UD2
Can you elaborate breh?
Ehhhh I'll try to recall.
Think it was just an EOD diet using an 8-day pull/push/legs routine with harsh deficits rest days and crazy overfeeding on lifting days. Still used the 16/8 meal timing though. Also had a standard pre-workout (carbs/protein/stim) drink rather than just BCAAs.
He used that to get in the condition you see in his pictures on the blog.
