Bro didn't know I've listen to 10+ pyramid schemes already so I know the game they play. I ain't never text him back after he sent me a text about a discount to join

Forex seems like the most modern one to me. The rest seem stuck in that rut of 7AM "business opportunity meetings" and sales pitches from white guys in cheap suits. Forex has Instagram hoes on deck, it's more accessible, it can make sense to someone who may conflate "the stock market" with it, etc.

I'm glad I haven't had to deal with any fukkery from this shyt lately. Last time was years ago when my dad gave my number to a former bball teammate of mine. Breh legit tried to denigrate me for "working for a company" and not understanding the value of his proposition. I was very courteous, told him I'd look into it etc etc. But finally after more weirdo comments from him I had to just shut that shyt down. I told him how much I make, and asked him how much he makes. He said he had made about $200 in three years from it. I then asked how much he makes at his real job, ie working at a pizza place. Then I was like ok so I make four times as much money as you do, yet you're giving me financial advice?


Didn't want to be disrespect but lets be real: while there certainly are desperate victims who get caught up in this shyt...there are a loooot of wolves who get caught up because they smell a grift and want to be apart of it. They think they're gonna exploit people but end up being the exploited ones. He was definitely one of those wolves.

Her family was cutting side deals with new people and paying them out before her. I literally explained this to her before she did it. I told her somebody not gonna get paid.

My cousin on that forex and he working like a madman trying to get people on it.
I did a flower loom for $50 buy in. Got in at the beginning when it was hot. I got my $400 but only up $300 cause I threw another $50 in and the place done stalled out ...... I don't think my cousin has made that much on forex yet lol

I'm reading thru this shyt and it's just hitting me my nephew has been on a few of these shyts.

Earlier this year he got my mom to cop some of them Cutco knives (Vector Marketing) and I remember him telling me he was doing the Forex shyt last year. Talked to him yesterday and asked him what he was up to "working at QT, plus I'm still doing my Forex trading"

I gotta have a heart to heart with him. He a smart kid and all that but it's 2020 you'll be stuck in gig work and/or hourly work if you don't have a 4 year degree. It sucks, it's expensive but it is what it is. I wanna say he has enough credits to be a junior. shyt if you like trading so much, learn real stocks and finance.

In my mind he can do any of that MLM shyt or forex as long as that shyt is a secondary hustle and he has his degree with a CAREER job. Gig workers, hourly workers, warehouse workers getting fukked yet we make ill advised decisions and dont try to advance ourselves into some type of stability

I got a "primary" career that I love but the pay and responsibilities arent where i want it to be. With the pandemic I decided to fall back and return to my "secondary career" for the next few months. I don't enjoy as much as the primary but at the end of the day I can easily make $30-40k more year

Hopefully I can sell him on a vision like that
