Shyts terrible. On top of that, are the people that are so into it that no one can tell them how bad of an idea it is because they're so desperate for cash.

Commission MLM based jobs are terrible. If you're not good with the gift of gab, you'll make no money.

I'm in these threads honestly cause I hate the MLM monster and how this and all the other scams out there have made the job market terrible.

He knows damn well we both too big to be having fist fights, someone might actually get hurt. So I just shut my mouth and let him do him. You know homey called me up a year or so after that incident tambout, "hey breh I made $80 this month"

He ain't catching me, I just listened and then politely said, "oh wow...good for you",
I think I might have even thrown in an "attaboy" in there, but real slick so that I even believed it.

He gave it up several years later.I love the guy to death but we ain't never discussing some shyt like that for real:zfg:

@Hacksaw Jim Thuggin if you watched the penn & teller bullshyt episode called "fast money" about MLM, it talks about all kinds of MLM and in each case, none of these cats made any bread. they basically said the entire industry is bullshyt. you'd be better off pay pal'ing ur money to me instead if ur gonna throw it out the window

Funny how all of them say they just started a couple of months ago.

In reality they probably make less than 1000 a month...their pride just wont allow them to tell their family and friends they took a colossal L since they were the ones making a mountain out of a molehill in general.

Oh yeah, is anybody here familiar with this secret shopper scam that's going around now? Basically it's on craigslist (the job scam/MLM hub of the modern internet).

I sent my resume in regards to one of these listings I saw that was so vague...but I was looking for work at the time so I could care less.

Next thing I know, I get a text talking about, hey, do you want to get in on a employment opportunity? Ofcourse...being unemployed I was like...hell yea!

Then he keeps texting about an application to fill out that he e-mailed me. And tells me that when I'm done to text him.

I check my e-mail on my smartphone...there is no application.

He keeps bugging me about sending him my info through various texts. I responded by telling him "I'm not interested anymore."

Anytime I send my resume to someone on CL and they give me a long drawn e-mail about "I'm out of town" and talking about wiring funds or using money orders..I just delete that garbage immediately. I'd say probably 90% of these personal assistant listings are just scams.

well thats exactly how you in here appear to me....you have no frame of reference...beyond youtube videos...things youve heard...or antedotal evidence that youve gotten from i dont know where...but you want me to discount things ive personally seen ( not what ive heard)...and done on a day to day basis....

I say, "So is this just a neighborly gesture or... I'm not all that interested in buying any coffee "

Hacksaw has to be the biggest college educated idiot I've ever seen...you will never see bunch of people on this website calling the following companies a scam:

But for some reason, we are all calling Primerica a scam? Why? @Hacksaw Jim Thuggin ask yourself, why would I, as guy thats one year from graduating with a degree in business, tell you 2-3 times that the business your in is a scam? What do I have to gain from it?

Its one thing if you have no degree and your one of the countless
uneducated no common sense havin sheep just lookin for a way to survive, but you gave up a 100k+ job in this economy for a job that requires you to pay THEM to get "paid".
