KP: This is why you don't rush players back. Dude returned the same day he got an MRI for his sore achilles and has had all of one really nice quarter along with scattered decent and bad play throughout the rest. Tn just wasn't pretty. The Knicks featured him often in the 1st and he went 1-7, only making a dunk that Melo created for him. He was 2-6 from three but missed some wide open ones and his jumper from mid range wasn't any better. 3-11 for 8 points and just 4 boards in spite of minutes at Center in both halves. The kid ain't right, he's settling for jumpers every time and getting completely bodied inside...couldn't even power over Teague at one point, traveled instead.

Your excuses for KP are tiring the dude is a glorified Ryan Anderson who chucks 3's and chases blocks and putback dunks rather than being sound in defense and rebounding

Everytime lets get mismatches for him and run the offense thru him we end up in a ten point hole in the first quarter as he turns the ballover gets bullied by a smaller players or even travels when he has PG's on him and he is 3 ft away from the rim cuz he doesn't know what to do. The second unit trust giving the ball to Willy rather than KP cuz Willy has a one on one game and is a safety valve unlike 7ft 3 Ryan Anderson.

THis summer this dude should scrap working with Dirk on how to do a one legged fadeaway and go talk to KG about his strength building and work with KG on his game and see if Kevin Mchale can help you with footwork, then comeback to the Knicks and work with Plumlee or Ron Baker on how to set a fukking screen and how to roll and stop doing that half ass Melo screen and and pop bullshyt

This feels a lot like the same ole nonsense even if they managed to pull it out. As long as they can't put teams away and play panic ball in fourth quarters, I'm

My feelings exactly. We got a win and that's what counts, but the way we keep going away from what works is bothering.

yo i am excited it is wrap this is the first time i feel if shyt breaks right we can win the title

nikkas sound like bytches a healthy Knicks team with there heads on straight will destroy Cleveland Kyrie can't guard Rose he is a matchup nightmare and then who is guarding KP and we already know Melo cooks Lebron.

I said it before NBA title
It is title time this team is deep they got a legit backup center in Wily, Melo or Porizngis should be on the floor at all times and if D Rose is healthy he destroys all the top guards in the league check the history and Melo destroys Durant and Lebron check the numbers easily it is an easy dub Rose is the wild card Rose stays healthy shyt will be an easy 55 to 57 wins this season and we will destroy cleveland in the playoffs and then destroy Warriors, i have never been so excited about a knicks squad like this team

We don't fukk with Mixtapes it is strictly about my Gang Gang ..KNICKSGANG nikkas

:russ::russ::russ: That delusion, that dedication, that stupidity, so fukking impressive :wow::wow:

Stephen A. Just said the Knicks would take Love and his breaking down body for Melo right now. I'm sure you tank people would absolutely love that horrendous basketball product every night.
I'd love for multiple reasons, 1)it'd give Melo a posssibility to get a ring 2) Melo with bron, someone he'd definitely defer to and get him to play better 3) we can tank 4) show all these Melo hating people what he can still do.

But it ain't happening so:yeshrug:

Kp has had 8 shots in the qrt
Bricked them all
They getting him the ball and hes doin nothin
Are these shots magically gonna go in when melo is gone or nah

When I clicked on this thread, it brought me right to this post.

You're sounding real scorned right now, real hurt.

Your excuses for KP are tiring the dude is a glorified Ryan Anderson who chucks 3's and chases blocks and putback dunks rather than being sound in defense and rebounding

This post is so far removed from reality, that I am amused enough to respond.

1. Porzingis is already and elite rim protector, among league leaders in both challenging/altering shots at the rim, and altering field goal %'s around the rim. So right away, your Anderson comparison is woefully off base.

2. In his second year, he's getting to the line more often, grabbing more rebounds, he goes to the basket more often, scores near the hoop more often, and at a higher percentage then Ryan Anderson ever did.

He's shooting almost 40% from 3, and you're calling him a chucker.

This collection of words barely makes sense, but it sounds like you're upset that Hernangomez, a natural back-to-the-basket big, is better in the post than KP, who is a 7-3 face-up big. Him catching it in the post, while it can be a weapon, eventually -- actually REMOVES many of his advantages, like his speed, his long stride, his ability to slash, and his jumper -- which again: 40% from 3

Last offseason, and this offseason (hopefully) I would not recommend that Porzingis goes away from doing what he is best at and try to change his game, to please a poster who clearly doesn't understand a thing about basketball.

He spent most of last offseason building strength on his painfully thin frame, he succeeded, but it is going to take a few more years of similar efforts before you could even call him "kinda strong"

Only on the coli, would somebody want to take a 7'3 big, who runs the floor and shoots high % 3's, and defends the hoop as our best weakside shotblocker -- and try to turn him into a back to the basket big, who functions out of the post, where he'll ALWAYS be at a strength and leverage deficit.

Thanks for your input, please feel free to root for somebody else.

Oh how I wish...Rozier would be nice, I think he could develop into a really solid two way player.

If we're being real, the best you could probably hope for is some combo of Smart and a shytty pick, or Crowder. But i would like to hope that's not true.
