Melo's been great. Rose has been great. So why does the team stink?

Team defense. Rose has been solid on offense, improving incrementally and Melo before last night was posting his highest efficiency in his career. But neither has played great defense and the entire team is still looking for answers to simple high pick and roll attacks.

Hornicek's offense probably runs better centered around Rose + KP PnR, minus Melo isolating

This team's defense is SO miserable. This thread was so happy to see Lopez go, but he was strong in the middle, and mobile enough to recover and help... Noah can't move in the middle at all, and when you have a guy like Rose up top, who just consistently gives up penetration, along with guys like Melo and KP who don't always focus and keep and eye on their man... it is a disaster.
That being said, they're 5-7, they shyt the bed in the back half of a back to back, where their best players played 40 minutes on the front half. That's how it goes sometimes.

Dude is straight up the worst starting PG in the League. shytty scorer (50% TS, 46% eFG), can't space the floor (31 3pt%), can't run an offense for shyt (99 (
) ORTG, averaging 4.6 assist (Brandon Jennings in 12 less minutes is averaging 4.9) & he's hands down one of the worst defenders in the fukking League.
It makes me sick even watching y'all defend this dude. Melo & KP are the only great things about this current Knicks team.

Shut the f*ck up d1ckhead
We need to run more PnRs when the starting 5 are on the floor. Melo, KP, and Noah all feast from that open space and if not Rose or Lee will grab two points.
It's still early in the season and our rotations are still in a flux, Thomas regressed a lot but Holiday is making that burden a lot easier to move forward.
I would like to see Hernangomez get more time, I like what I see from him.
