fans of the Knicks shouldnt need safe spaces. We've had to endear far worse over the last 15 years than some fan negativity.

I look at us right now as a team that has a chance to pull itself out of the dregs, and the road to success has a lot of bumps. Right now we're seeing what happens when you haven't built depth through the draft or smart free agent moves (either because you made bad decisions, or due to financial constraints).

We have a great young forward. A talented prime forward. A fairly dynamic point guard. A solid back up pg. An aging center with some playmaking skills and a wing defender.

That's not terrible. Which is why this team probably won't be terrible.

But our core talent:
KP, Melo, Lee, Rose, Noah - KOQ? Thomas? Jennings?

That is not a terribly talented group, and almost none of them play defense.

The backups/growth guys:
Wily, Baker, Kuz, Holiday?
Is also not a super talented group. And only one of them (if you consider holiday a guy we're grooming) plays defense.

The hope is that two of those second tier guys will move into that top group (I think WIly is a safe bet, it would be great if any of the others joined) - and then you ADD more to the group via the draft and free agency this summer.

Something for the brehs that watch a little college ball, a guy I like: OG Anunoby on Indiana. Elite athlete, built like a fukking tank with ridiculous footspeed and range... reportedly has a 7-6 wingspan, and has good form on his catch and shoot. He can't really create off the dribble, but he can get to the hoop in a straight line off the pump fake or jab step, plus he'll bully anybody even remotely smaller than him.

I'll probably drop some stuff like this from time to time, guys to keep an eye on, either in the middle of the draft (depending on how the knicks do), or in the second round.

I hope not, keep that cocksucker away from our team.

Anyways, tonight is a must win. Nets aren't very good, but they're a scrappy team. We can't let our guard down with them.
:wow:Well you know he's from New York.

:wow:Trump sitting court side giving Melo and Porzingis high fives.
