I don't believe that, no way the Suns turn that down.
No defense whatsoever, lawdamercy. I can't wait til KP turns into a 25 ppg, 9 rpg, 2.5 blocks a game( with elite defense) beast, bout to make us look silly for sleeping on the young gawdMan, I am torn right now. Melo is obviously out, so that's good news.
I would like to keep Porzingis, but if we can turn him into Devin Booker, get the #4 and keep our #8?
Booker
Love
#4? FOX?
Markenan? (if available)
That's a GREAT fukking flip right there. Melo, Rose are out. We keep Hernangomez as well?
SHIIIIIIIIIIIIET!

That's actually a good deal. I'm not saying they should trade KP but that is a great deal if the Knicks hold onto 8 themselves
Booker, #4 and #8. I will roll with that.

If you're worried about KP leaving and just want what you can get for him that's one thing, but if that's the best out there then I'd rather take my chances and keep KP. If you're gonna build around Booker you're gonna need elite defenders all around him, and the Knicks would need another rim protector who isn't an offensive liability if they hope to become an elite team one day. Booker and the fourth pick sounds good on paper, until you draft someone like Tatum and years later you realize you traded Dirk with defense for Klay Thompson( an offensively more rounded version to his credit) without the defense and the second coming of Rudy Gay, or De'arron Fox aka smaller John Wall with a worse jumper.Nobody is sleeping, but the young gawd wants to leave.
I don't blame him either, but I can't think of a better haul for him. I don't really want any part of a Danny Ainge trade.
KP has potential to be Dirk-like offensively and Gobert-like defensively...
We're talking about a guy who could possbily average 25 points on 50/40/90 splits while allowing 40% FG at the rim and being elite at covering the P&R defensively. D-Book is cool but he's nowhere near KP in terms of impact. KP should be untouchable, as much as I love Isaac and I'm a fan of D-Book, we can't trade KP it's crazy to even suggest it honestly. KP has already shown upside and continued improvement.
D-Book is like a Kobe/Klay hybrid without the defense, a skilled microwave scorer with a smooth shooting stroke.
