Take this with a grain of salt, but posters on Realgm say that Ira Winderman told Mike Francesa that the Heat may try to get Melo with a package of Winslow, Tyler Johnson and 14th pick...I'd be all over that, it's too good to be true. I assume that requires Bosh's contract to clear to even be possible in the first place.

Wtf, his spots with guests are usually archived, now I gotta listen to that.

If Phil Trades for Love he probably keeps him though, for that reason alone Id rather do the Heat trade. Love would be a really good fit next to KP at 5 though, but I'd be worried about the whole Rambis/ Love dynamic too.

I don't see him keeping love. It makes too much sense to move him for a decent/good youth package.

You gotta flip love for picks, possibly to the heat for winslow and the 14th. Or to the pistons for harris and the 12. Shyt maybe the wolves take him for the 7th pick and a few expiring to match contracts.

Then you can start building around frank, isaac and KP.

Obviously the cavs first two targets are PG and Jimmy, but if those two fall through then Melo would be the best option

Then Love and 8 to the Kings for 5 and 10...that'd be the dream deal to me.
I got this suggestion from twitter btw, not my original idea. The Kings were considering dealing the picks to move up, maybe this would work too.

Finding a team that takes Melo for a lottery pick would be amazing. I really don't expect much return for him with the trade kicker and drama this past season.
