Kind of hoping that call to Silver was a "bump us up in the draft" call

Like I am not saying its a automatic but teams tend to win the lottery when they as a franchise are at their lowest...... Can't prove it but just look at the results. Cavs lose lebron and win it twice, Wolves lose Love, Clipper fukkery, for the 76'ers the process looked like a failure before they got Simmons.

The Oakley, Melo, KP, Rose, and Phil incidents have the franchise looking worse than it ever has while its actually internally doing well.

All I am saying is if Silver can help the Lakers keep their pick to keep their fanbase from revolting, Silver can hook the knicks up with a top 3 pick to keep the knicks fanbase from revolting too....
