That's it. They're not even actively trying to tank, if they were Phil would have traded some of these guys for some picks. They just fukking suck.
That's literally all there is to it. There's a reason they have the 2nd worst record in the NBA since Christmas. They're not trying to tank, they're not purposely losing games, they're not going on any runs or any of that. There's no ulterior motives, this is just a bad basketball team!
